New Weather Forecasting Device

You may remember my comments about the British or Europeans for that matter, being fascinated with the weather (See previous post).

In fact, we would consider ourselves experts on weather prediction. To prove that fact, I have an image of the latest technological advancement in weather forecasting. Straight out of Ireland (courtesy of Davos), they believe this method could be the most fool proof weather forecasting instrument on the planet!
